A modern apartment that is fully equipped. Excellent location with private pool very close including an underground parking space.

To be improved

Pool has a limited shallow end but there is a paddling pool separate for youngsters.

Convenient Location and Exceptional Reception: The apartment offers a prime location, with convenient access to restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Notably, Neil, the representative overseeing our check-in, played a pivotal role in enhancing our experience. Despite initial hiccups, his remarkable assistance and friendly demeanor turned the situation around. His provision of essential instructions, extra beddings, and invaluable guidance truly made him the highlight of our stay. Elegant Interior and Outdoor Retreat: The apartment itself is exquisite, boasting elegant decor and a splendid terrace, creating a tranquil and secluded atmosphere. Convenience and Secure Parking: The condominium further impressed us with its practical conveniences. A designated parking spot within the garage ensured secure and hassle-free parking for residents. This added touch of convenience eliminated any concerns about finding parking spaces and contributed to a smoother stay. While the shared pool may not offer exclusive privacy, it still provided a refreshing space to cool off.

Check-in Challenges: We faced several challenges during the check-in procedure. Although we initially received an automated message assuring instructions 48 hours before check-in, no further communication was received. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host through both app messages and phone calls, our queries went unaddressed. Just an hour before the scheduled check-in time, a message on WhatsApp from Neil, overseeing our check-in, provided the necessary information. This lack of initial responsiveness led us to contact the customer support of Booking.com, which in turn caused later problems with the payment to the property. Kevin, the host, should establish improved communication with Neil, the agency representative managing our stay. It's worth noting that Neil does not receive messages from Booking.com; only Kevin does. Strengthening coordination between Kevin and Neil is essential to enhance the overall guest experience and ensure smoother interactions throughout our stay. Booking Oversights: Our reservation was made for a group of 5 people, but upon arrival, it became apparent that the accommodations were only set up for 4. This oversight resulted in a lack of extra sheets, pillows, and an additional bed that was inaccessible due to being locked with a padlock. The absence of suitable blinds in the living room, coupled with the presence of only translucent curtains, resulted in an excessive amount of sunlight entering the space in the morning. This significantly disrupted the sleep quality of the person who utilized the living room for overnight rest. Regrettably, the apartment was ill-equipped to comfortably accommodate a group of 5 adults. Distance From Marbella Centre: While the accommodation is not excessively distant from Marbella's city centre, it also does not offer the convenience of close proximity.
