Excellent location. Really well designed flat. Beautiful roof terrace. Brilliant air-conditioning.

To be improved

As others have said, the settee isn't very comfortable - but you are on holiday, so should be out and about anyway.

Love the terrace, the layout and space.

To be improved

The couch cushions in the lounge room were prone to sliding out given it was a sofa lounge, which made it uncomfortable. Also, it would be really good if there was more than one power point in the kitchen.

The location was very central. Close to the cathedral and an easy walk from the nearest car park, shops and restaurants.

To be improved

Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working and we struggled with our cases. Balcony seating could have been a little more comfortable.

Fantastic location, great sun terrace

Overall, more attention should be given to cleaning and maintenance. It was very dusty in places and could do with a paint refresh. Whilst out of your control, there was evidence in the communal foyer of a resident's dog having urinated on the gravel stones and behind the front door (in the foyer). No umbrella or seat pads for the terrace, and could do with more crockery
