No welcome pack! No tea/coffee/milk or bottled water or complimentary snack items.

To be improved

Booking.com should have informed prior to booking that keys to the property were to be accessed from a lock box. Scenario; arrived to the apartment after a 250 km bike ride. Lock box location around a mile walk away. Arrived to address stipulated but nothing there. Rang contact No and the lady that answered did not speak English. Went back to property. We then started to make other arrangements! Received Whatsapp and understood to go back to lock box location given which was the wrong address! Correct location was next door. Found lock boxes and then had to receive code. Back to property and then had to find room which was not given. Lost 2 hrs of our last night in Espana, and then torrential rain. No welcome pack when we finally entered property. Not happy! Blame Booking.com for this total shambles as they provided the wrong info on their site! Looking for recompense for this booking for the whole party.
