The best

Location was good and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean and comfortable and well presented. We used the bar and ate cheese / meat platters which were good.

To be improved

One waiter in the bar was a bit grumpy (but another who spoke excellent English went out of his way to be helpful). The bed could have been a bit more comfortable but nothing too bad. We loved our room with plenty of space and everything we needed apart from an iron (and no service for ironing at the weekend)

The best

Spacious communal areas and well-functioning air conditioning. Free parking in the streets around the hotel proved a big bonus.

To be improved

There was only one person on reception who seemed to be dealing with 101 things at the same time.

“A good place to stay before starting your Camino.”
The best

Our room was a good size and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. Although the hotel is on afarily busy road, the double/ triple glazing worked well. We could hear no rodd noise and slept well after our journey from England. prior to starting our Camino. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

To be improved

No really a dislike - the hotel was further from the port/ our starting point for the Camono than we expected! We had to walk about 1 km in the 'wrong' direction before starting our Camino. Not really a problem!
