stayed here with my team. while the hotel was fine, i have been trying to contact them since we left as a pair of expensive shoes were left behind. They dont pick up their phones, they dont answer to emails. They have basically stolen these shoes bevause they wont return them or even communicate with us.

Very good breakfast, plenty of choice. cooked or continental

To be improved

when we go there they told us the parking garage was closed for repairs and we had to park elsewhere. As i had just driven 5 hours as was not happy. we were then told that the parking was free behind the hotel, but was unsupervised. as is well known foreign cars, especially UK cars are targeted in Spain. you are advised even on service stations never to leave your car unsupervised. there were many people tuning up with cars, some Spanish and some foreign. the hotel should have wrote out to customers and advised then the the garage was out of order, we could have then looked elsewhere for a hotel with attached parking. we eventually found an underground car park that was supervised overnight.

Beautiful location, stunning town in the mountains.

Rooms smell really musty, floor creaks like mad when walking on it. No tea, coffee making facilities, and there are nowhere near enough parking spaces for the size of the hotel, with only one disabled parking space.
