Old style building made in a way for this hotel to be a 5-star hotel. The location is great. The stuff is friendly.

To be improved

Absolutely nothing provided in the room which is very-very strange for a 5-stars hotel. No tea, no coffee, no free water. Nothing. An absolutely empty room. Only slippers and bath utilities put in the bathroom. But what I disliked the most was the room service waiting time. 50 min. - no result after two calls to the Room service -> call to Reception -> tea in the room after 5 min. 1 hour to wait for a cup of tea in a 5-stars hotel - I have never heard of such a thing. On top, the hotel is quite old.

“An Okay Place to Stay”
The best

The room and bathroom were spacious for European standards. The bed was comfortable, so my husband and I were able to have a good night’s rest.

To be improved

The location is far from the center of town. Also, the exterior of the hotel, as well as the inner common areas are in need of major renovation.
