A great hotel in a great location opposite a park a block back from the waterfront and 5 min walk to the old town center.

The charge to use the rooftop pool was totally unreasonable.

“Beautiful but not working well…”
The best

Beautiful hotel - great location but rooms without the possibility to adjust temperatures… that is just not good enough. We have visited the hotel twice - during our Camino - and the staff is great and the service and spa is over the top. But spending 2 hours with reception during the night because they cannot make the aircon work that is a nightmare. Then when we ask for a discount or compensation upon check out - they have to ash a manager… now two days later that manager still hasn’t reached out..
