Grand looking hotel, high ceilings, tastefully decorated.

No room beverage making facilities, no room iron facilities, fridge but not stocked. No USB ports on any sockets.

“Impressive Hotel overlooking Sradinheiro beach.”
The best

I asked for a room on a lower floor and was given exactly that. Very impressive hotel overlooking Sardinheiro beach. I paid extra to park my car in the underground garage which is reached by putting the car in a lift.

To be improved

We were first in for breakfast at the opening time but the food was still only warm. It seems no hotel, no matter how much you pay, can keep food warm.

The room i got did not match, we did not stay and we paid for another hotel , the room was very dark with a tiny window

Location was great, the hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable.

To be improved

Parking is pricey and staff not friendly (none of the people working there smiled at all. They all seemed unhappy and bothered when asked a question)

Fantastic location, lovely hotel. Rooms v comfortable and clean. All staff friendly with a couple of exceptions but overall very helpful.
