Gran Hotel Suances

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise all good. To increase star rating please provide a jug and tea / coffee.

Hotel in renovation works, swimming pool not open outside July-August, upon arrival the hotel looked abandoned

I didn't like the towels and bed linen

So noisy Could hear everything next door and when the maids changes the beds they banged the bed against the wall which made our bed shudder. Banging doors and noisy staff. Bar was next to useless with little choice and poor service. Long walk to the swimming pool due to works going on at the old Suances hotel next door. Used plastic glasses left all day by the pool. No one member of staff around to tidy away. Poor quality service for the money paid for the room. Parking is also an issue. You will be lucky if you get a space.

Breakfast was not very well organised, a strange arrangement.

Beakfast was poor for a four star establishment. So called scramble eggs were tinged with black and tasteless.
