I can't say that it was something I liked. Maybe just the elevator that used to stop at 2 floors

We stayed at GRAN PISO RETIRO CORREGIDOR at the end of September 2024, 2 mature families of 7 people. We were greeted, after several messages on Whatsapp, by a representative of the company that owns the space. Unbelievable, for someone who deals with tourism, he only spoke SPANISH. How is it possible to deal with tourism when you only speak SPANISH??? First of all, the cleanliness was almost non-existent. Both the towels and the linen did not seem to be washed. The hair on the carpets and parquet was quite present. Very uncomfortable beds: a mattress placed on a metal frame, which slides when you sit on the bed. We had to grease the door of the service WC, otherwise no one could rest, it creaked so loudly. In most of the bedrooms there are no bedside tables, so I put the phones and watches on the floor. Also, there was only one outlet in each room. Not to mention the crumbling ceiling in some parts. In conclusion, my suggestion is to avoid this accommodation!
