“very nice”
The best

I had an exceptional stay at Gran Sagitario. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located, just a few minutes from the beach. The facilities are spotless, with a beautiful pool, a relaxing spa, and a high-quality restaurant. But what truly makes this place special is the incredibly welcoming and professional staff. Always smiling, available, and attentive to every detail. A huge thank you to Ms. Isabella, whose kindness, professionalism, and hospitality truly made my stay memorable. She made every moment even more enjoyable.

To be improved

If I had to mention one small downside — and it's really nothing serious — I would say the lack of doors on the bathroom toilets and the TV not having connectivity features like YouTube.

The best

The pool area was superb, very clean and plenty of beds and umbrellas. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. We had dinner one night and again the choice and quality of food was fabulous and good value. The staff were lovely and all very helpful. Location is near to the beach and restaurants .There are plenty of buses into Ciutadella and surrounding resorts .

To be improved

The room stunk of cigarettes on arrival and it didn’t seem to get any better . There is a smoking policy of balconies only .. but clearly someone had left the doors open into the bedroom .

“Overall good stay but definitely get a room not close to the trash or delivery area”
The best

The property itself was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and it had all of the amenities, including a gym and a pool. The room was massive for just me and my daughter. Kitchen plus living room in separate bedroom. Did not love the bathroom as it was glass doors and not a lot of privacy. The breakfast buffet was expensive and huge with gluten-free, vegetarian, and all other options. I look forward to the breakfast every morning. We rented a car and we were only about a five minutes drive into Cituadella. The Santander beach was a three minute walk and perfect, it was a little smelly on the beach, but was probably from some of the seaweed. Only issue we had was the location of our room. they had put us on the bottom floor on the exterior versus the interior looking at the pool. It was right next to the delivery and trash area so it was quite noisy in the mornings.

The only complaint I had was the location of our room. We were on the exterior, street side, first floor. We were right next to the delivery and trash area so it was quite noisy every morning. You could hear doors and trucks and trash cans being Slammed. Though we were not in our room much, it would’ve been nice to sleep in without the noise. We did ask to be moved to another room but the staff just took notes and didn’t address it. It was a little disappointing, especially how pricey this place is.
