Couldn’t find the key box when we arrived

The stove was not in proper conditions. There were 3 stove tops. 1 could not be turned on, 1 was running always on medium head when the stove was turned on, and only 1 could be controlled. Also, there was a Bialetti for coffee, but it was the smallest size. I was alone, and for me, it was too small. No change for 2 or more persons. There were more small things that were not properly maintained. For example, the holder of the shower head was loose.

Smell in the bedroom, could be fungal infected and just painted over No service at all, we were aware. Welcome instructions were not clear. Disaster to find the gate switch in the night at 2200 on arrival with a baby and several bags No human interaction. Just watsapp messages. Asked for fresh towels one day and the staff said no, as dirties were meant to be kept out before 10am, for dleivery of fresh ones was their answer. Delivered later though after insisting. Dirty cutlery in the cutlery rack. Never again. Keep away.
