The location

To be improved

Too basic and sparse: -Only one socket in the kitchen which was coming away from the wall. -Bedside light casing got very hot so burnt hand whilst adjusting the angle. -The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. -No means of keeping cool, not even a ceiling fan or portable plug in fan. -Only one sunbed provided and no cushions for it, or for the hard chairs. -No sun canopy present like all the other apartments on Gran Sol. -Beach parasol provided but it was completely broken and unusable. -No wine glasses and some of the cutlery was put away still dirty. -The toilet seat did not fit properly so was loose. -No mirrors except one above the wash basin. -The bedroom door could not open and close as it scraped noisily along the floor.
