“A generally and positive experience”
The best

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but sufficient. There were a couple of downsides. When the air conditioning was off, the room had a slightly unpleasant smell, although this disappeared when it was turned on. Also, the hotel is located in a noisy neighborhood, and we experienced quite a bit of outside noise in the room. The location was our own choice, but we didn’t fully realize the walking distance to Gran Via, especially since it was our first time staying here. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, but with some noise and location considerations.

Excellent location in a very attractive area, plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes, and also full of attractive both clothing, decoration and specially shops
