Gran Via Alaia Seasonal Living

I arrived at the property there was none there to check in. I emailed thought booking and called the number i was given. No answer for a long time. When they did answer they said there were steps that HAD TO BE ACCOMPLISHED Before...they would talk to me and They sent me a link to pay €200 mas Euros. There were over 50 apartments and no directions as to which one I was going to. I eventually found someone who was cleaning the apartment who let me in. Then eventually someone showed up with keys. I was told to check in at 3... It was 5:30 before I got the keys. Very frustrating and sketchy. Would not recommend.

The outside, I mean the street is a bit dirty, at nights there is people drinking just at the outsdoor

There was incorrect information given on booking.com regarding this property. This apartment is a one way dead end street. There's no restaurant within this building. And no baby cots it asl stated lifts when we got there we had to go quiet a few stairs to get to our apartment. (With a pram) I the sofa bed was so uncomfortable you'd hurt yourself every time you get off. This has been an absolute nightmare. It was like being in jail.
