Lovely interior, clean and comfortable, good location.

To be improved

The block is under construction, woken up at 8am by people on scaffolding outside the window drilling. The room next door playing loud music until 1am. Noisy.

“Location · Cons: "Unfortunately, my experience with this place was quite disappointing. I booked the apartment as a birthday gift for my husband, but once I realized that I had accidentally booked an apartment instead of a hotel, I immediately reached out to the hosts to cancel the booking. Despite it being less than half an hour since the reservation, they were unwilling to accommodate my request and refused to cancel. I asked politely and with respect, but they did not offer any assistance. I truly believe that a kind gesture would have led me to recommend them in the future, but now, after this experience, I won’t. This mishandling affected my husband’s trip. It was supposed to be a special birthday gift, and he should have spent quality time with his friends in Madrid, but instead, he had to stay in the apartment alone while his friends were in a hotel. It was a very frustrating experience, and we were unable to enjoy the trip as we had hoped.”
