I attended a conference at Euskalduna Palace, and from maps, I learned that the location was close to this apartment. It turns out, the location is even closer than the distance on Google Maps. Our residence is the nearest accommodation to the venue, we are really grateful for that.

To be improved

The bathroom was not cleaned well. In the shower area, in the drain, there was a pile of hair, so that when we showered, the water pooled in the shower room.

Could be noisy with passers by at night. We were woken up most nights by people outside because the flat is on the ground floor.
