“Heart of Madrid”

The best

It was a beautifully done apartment, in the heart of Gran Via. Steps from everything. Even though it was loud outside it was very quiet inside. We were able to cook breakfast during our stay, which helped a lot. Katarina was right next door, so if we needed anything she was right there. Fortunately everything was fine. I would stay there again.

It was a great experience! The location of the house is amazing! It is on the gran via! Close to everywhere. The house is not so big but ok for 3 persons. The host is very kind and helpful. Thank you for Everything

To be improved

It says there is a balcony in the description but honestly there is no balcony. I think the description should be corrected.

"The apartment was situated in a well-established and beautifully maintained building. Its location on Gran Vía feels like being in the heart of Times Square, perfect for those who thrive on the hustle and bustle. If you love activities, you couldn’t ask for a better spot! The old city is also nearby, with easy access to the vibrant marketplace."

"The owners don’t speak any English, relying on a translator app to communicate. While this isn’t a major issue, clearer communication would be appreciated, as a lot can get lost in translation through apps. The balcony advertised doesn’t really exist, which should be clarified in the listing. Additionally, the apartment lacks basic provisions; we had to search for detergent to do laundry, and there was no proper drying rack. The small rack in the shower could barely hold two towels, let alone a full wash load."

“Would recommend and would stay here again if I visit Madrid again”

Property was ideally located. Had everything we needed, a kettle, toaster, fridge etc….bed was very comfortable and apartment was also very clean. Catalina was a great host.

To be improved

There was not anything I didn’t like but I would recommend ear plugs as it was noisy at night and they helped.
