“Good location for the sightseeing but not comfort for living”
I have no complaints on the location, plenty of restaurants and shoppings around, and the big supermarket Dia is just a few minutes walking, which is quite good for a living. C/ Gran Via, the most bustling Main Street, is nearby. And bus stations, metro stations are not far away from the apartment, which make you easy to move around. The neighbourhoods are also friendly. The cleaning of the apartment is very good. The bed sheets, the pillows and the towels are pleasant. The furnitures are comfy. Wi-Fi is also good.
The kitchenwares are not sufficient, no kettle, don't have a spatula/large tablespoon for cooking usage, don't have a clamp for picking up a meat from the pan to a dish if you want to cook. I lived there for 17 days, but I only have a tiny bottle (like 15-20ml) of dishwasher liquid, there is one piece of small washing cleaner for dishwashing machine usage but there isn't a dishwashing machine there, two tiny rolls of toilet paper, of course Juan who brought me the key said I can text to him for more when it's consumed, but I bought some rather than waiting for a delivery, however, please considering I've paid €2300 for 17 days, supplies should be better. The living room has only a half size window facing to the inner patio, one of the bed room has the same direction of the window but you can't open it, another bed room has a window facing to a small wall gags between the other buildings. The apartment is very dimly and not airy. Because of not sunny the room is very chilly, the days when I was there was still a bit cold, so you have to switch on the AC heating. There isn't an elevator, I'd appreciate Juan, he carried the three big luggages for me to the 2th floor. Please pay attention on it if you have big luggages or scare for walking stairs.
“Cozy flat in a really good location”
It is a cozy flat, clean and very comfortable. It is very close to different attractions, monuments and museums all within walking distance. We booked this apartment in a very last minute, after our previous host canceled. We were glad that the hosts comfirmed our booking fast and sent a whatsapp message. Really good communication throughout the stay. Although it’s a small apartment for 3 people who have big luggages, it felt really warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the stay.
We knew in advance that the apartment is a little small for us, and read the reviews, that it is on a 2nd floor with no elevator. So nothing surprised us. We still enjoyed our stay. And have nothing really to complain. The only thing I would recommend is adding mirrors in each room, and remove the big plant beside the couch, it is so big that takes up half of the space, lol. The rest was fine for us. Thank you!
“Nice and cozy apartment with great location.”
Without elevator it was very uncomfortable getting to high floor with suitcases.
