The best is it’s location. You’re in the central of Madrid just walking.

To be improved

Since the room faced the courtyard between the buildings, there was very little sunlight and it smelled old and damp.

Great location

To be improved

Waited to check in for nearly an hour after having travelled for 5 hours. No handsoap in the bathroom nor detergent for the washing machine. Tonnes of mini shower gels and no other considerations!
