Central location and terrace

To be improved

No information in the property. No curtain in main bedroom. No functioning WiFi. No kettle. Owner unresponsive and the address given on Booking.com was for the wrong property ie a five minute walk away. Had arranged for early check in at noon but owner cancelled this at noon by text! It was after 4.pm by the time we were able to settle into the apartment.

The location is as good as it gets. Very close to the main attractions. The balcony would have been a nice attraction if it was not for the construction blocking the views.

To be improved

The entire building was under construction with a curtain draped over the front. There was construction noise some days of the week. Not to mention paint smell.

The apartment may be small, but it's exceptionally well-organized. The standout feature is the incredible terrace balcony. Picture yourself sipping a drink while taking in some of the best views of Madrid on Gran Via.
