After shower the water took a while before it goes

The owner of the apartment is a despicable fraudster!!! I booked the apartment a month in advance, after arriving at the apartment it was impossible to contact the owner, after 3 hours he texted me that we should look for something else because he canceled the reservation without a word, I'm sorry, we were left without accommodation. How can you cheat someone like that? We lost a lot of nerves and money, it was our worst choice :(

We had made a deal with the owner to check in late at night, and we even paid extra for the late check-in. Our flight was delayed for an hour, and we promptly informed them about the delay. However, when we arrived in Barcelona, we, like typical tourists, mistakenly boarded the wrong bus. Throughout this time, we remained in contact with the lady who was waiting for us at the apartment, and regrettably, she was very rude and disrespectful. At one point, she called us, seething with anger, and stated that she would be leaving in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we were still 20 minutes away. It's important to note that we were traveling with two children, and it was 2:30 in the morning. After the 15 minutes had passed, she left and left us a note, informing us that we could check in the next day. We tried to reach her, but no one answered our calls. Imagine being stranded in an unfamiliar city at night with two children. We had no choice but to sleep on street benches. The following day, we finally checked in at 11:00. When we expressed our reluctance to pay for the previous day, she coldheartedly asked us to vacate the apartment, so we ended up paying. The apartment, though new, was disappointingly dirty, with old hair on the floor, trash, and even a broken shower in the bathroom. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
