To be improved

Entry was glitchy. Meant to be automated, but failed. Took extra time in 37° Madrid summer heat to get in. Not fun.

Our stay was generally good, except for the check-in procedure to the property. In order to check-in to the room, we were directed to be physically at “the main door of the building,” and to retrieve an access code via web chat or phone call. We arrived at the site (an office building) and called, expecting an access code for a key pad to a yet-unidentified room. We were told that we needed to download a special program app into which the access code would be entered. Why wasn’t that process announced earlier, allowing the app download earlier? It took over an hour to finally get into the room, and only after it became necessary for one of the property owners to physically show up to assist. It would not have been good doing this in the rain or dark! Otherwise, a great location. Shower needs a soap holder. Washer/dryer needs operating instructions in multiple languages, including English.
