Good location and nice patio.

To be improved

Severe sewage smell in the appartement which was primary in one bathroom but permeated throughout the place. Staff was informed and a person was sent to clean drains but did not fix the issue. Beds were uncomfortable. No towel racks in the bathrooms.

Good location for walking & transit, nice neighborhood with good food & convenience options, pretty apartment with nice outdoor space.

To be improved

No A/C in bedrooms, bathrooms need to be updated, needs bigger, better TV in more usable location
