Location and size. Washing/drying machine in unit.

To be improved

Inadequate instructions to enter and leave property; there are two 1A apartments on same floor. Need key to leave property but key is locked in apartment when you leave. Had to call office to be let out of building to catch my train. The relentless smell of sewer gas and constant noise from the street and building residents. Apartment needs maintenance and updating. Lacks fully functioning kitchen; no oven, broken/burnt utensils.
