Fantastic location off Gran Via and great location for walking around central Madrid. Apartment was comfortable and clean with good amenities and wifi. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

To be improved

Kept getting messages I hadn't paid the security deposit, but system would only allow payment in the 24 hours before the stay. This added a bit of stress and uncertainty to an otherwise excellent experience.
