The best

It’s walking distance to Gran Via. The restaurants are jz downstairs. There is also a 24 hours mini mart where we can get some of our necessities. When we were there, the lift was not working so we had to walk up to the 4th floor. The hosts assisted by engaging helper to carry up our luggages when we checked in n when we checked out. Host was helpful & reply quickly to our requests.

Spectacular property and very nice set up. Very modern very spacious and clean. However it’s states 4bd 4 bath but it’s actually 3bd and 3 bath.

To be improved

Very difficult to communicate with Jorge. We had a very hard time understanding his instruction to check in. He was very unresponsive when we needed him the most in the cold with children in the cold. Otherwise it’s a very nice apartment.

Location. Property is recently renovated, new & clean.

To be improved

Was not told the lift is not ready, 16 of us, 2/3 is over 65, have to take our luggage upstairs. Was very hard. Common corridor & stairs light on during the day, but totally dark in the night that we have to turn on our mobile phone torch. I reported the problem, and the reply was working fine before. It sounds like I make up the problem. I told them to come down to check it themselves. Very dangerous, especially no lift.
