Good Sea View from the balcony

Swimming pool is too far and we did not get the key for it. After swimming at least 200 steps to climb up hill. The pool is just in front of many unknown residents - whose apartments were just on the pool (very cold water and not heated), who often went in and out. We felt really stranger, unwelcomed and embarrassed. It was very far from the sea. No way to walk to the sea beach and super market. Not always we can manage the car for every movement! We had to wait nearly an hour for the apartment key and spend over 47 Euro in Restaurant while waiting. The Owner unfairly deducted 60 Euro for Deposit. They did not check the Flat when we left - though we repeatedly requested to check flat upon departure and return deposit with 4 days Notice. When it was transferred by bank after 10 days, we lost £12 for conversion. Very unfairly deducted deposit. 5 days after our departure, they informed that they had already transferred the deposit; we asked for the Bank Evidence and they did not send. Eventually, we found that no money was sent. We had to ask for deposit back many times. Till we received 'Deposit' we were in anxiety. All new tenants - please note that you give deposit in cash when you arrive; therefore ensure to take in cash when you leave. Alternatively, you may lose some without a true and valid reason. NB: This is my own experience. I am a professional person in an UK University and I am fully fact based to defend myself. I made such comment, so that another tenant would not unfairly suffer.

Pleasant host, very helpful with everything! The apartment is up in the steep hill and a couple of kilometres outside of town, but there is a restaurant few steps away from the place and the shop nearby. It's a nice getaway from town chaos. Overall, the apartment is very clean, bright, and cosy, and it also has underground parking. Gorgeous view from the balcony/terrace. Would definitely recommend it!

The best

Everything is great. There is a garage for the car. Lots of fans in the apartment. I personally like hard beds and they were great for me. It would be good if we had a vacuum cleaner and a dishwasher. I would recommend this accommodation. Most importantly, it is quiet at night and you can sleep with the windows open.
