Good location, big smart tv, big bed, good aircon, fridge and kettle in the room. The room itself was nice and the reception staff were friendly as were housekeeping.

To be improved

bathroom shower head leaked and sprayed up onto the ceiling. Shower didn’t drain so the floor flooded, bathroom always smelt like sewage and cigarettes and had ants, ceilings was peeling and falling down. Mold on the bathroom skirting boards and in the shower. We did get offered to move rooms, however it wasn’t a like for like exchange so it wasn’t practical. Partial refunded was given and a bottle of wine for compensation.

Location, complementary beverage, excellent air-conditioning and comfortable mattress.

To be improved

Not really the fault of Olala Homes, but there was no water in the morning due to roadworks on Calle San Antón.

The location was great and the room had a fridge with drinks. It was clean and comfortable. The staff in reception was very nice and helpful.

To be improved

Little things like the door of the shower didn't close well, but nothing too bad.

The best

The room was small and nothing like the photos. Room 107 to be exact. It smelt really bad of sewage and could not be aerated as it did not have a window. On top of this the bathroom was hardly accesible and very small. You could only access it with difficulty. Disappointing for the value of money spent. False advertising and sold us a room that wasn't available. On top of this the walls were so thin we could hear everyone moving around in their rooms.
