“My stay at the hotel was mostly enjoyable, but I was disappointed to find leftover food from a previous guest in the room’s fridge, which also had an unpleasant odor. Although the concierge quickly resolved the issue, this is not what I would expect from a 5-star establishment. I have photos available should the management wish to follow up.”

“The hotel is excellent but need to say the city tax should be told in advance in different rates and breakfast was very expensive and we did not have it. There were lots of restaurants and cafes around. It would nice to tell customer about it. Shuttle and guide were very helpful and they make sure we were in the shuttle bus. This is excellent service we should learn from them.”
