“Cons: It’s very noisy due to the location being next to the party area. The airport is also 5 min away from the hotel so you hear the airplanes as if you are on the plane yourself. The rooms are also very overpriced. My friend and I first stayed in the select palace and our room was on the 1st floor connected to the roof, the first night we hear people waking on OUR balcony and did not feel safe whatsoever. The staff at the select palace was super understanding and accommodating and upgraded us to the White Island resort. The room there was better, however there we encountered the rudest staff ever. They would refuse simple requests like bringing a dental kit to the room and giving us attitude by saying „yes we have a dental kit but we won’t bring it to you you can come fetch it yourself“. Overall the employees were all in their early 20s and you could feel the immaturity. Personally not the best experience and the staff and the White Island Resort is the main reasons why we will not be coming back.”

“A beautiful fun hotel great for families”

The best

A beautiful hotel with incredible aesthetics. Food is excellent. Very clean and great staff. Beautiful swimming pools that are heated. Amphitheater was great and entertainment show at night superb- London West End level.

To be improved

Location directly under the flight path so very loud and disturbing. Very noisy in our room as by the sports bar.
