Overall accommodation not what I was expecting. Sparsely decorated throughout . The patio table had not been cleaned ! The pictures on the website do not show how old and dated the bathrooms are . Only two working air conditioning units one in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms. A/C not working in the kitchen. Not sufficient lights in kitchen bulbs had blown. Constant power cuts! No power lead for the TV ! Beds very uncomfortable third bedroom looked bigger in the pictures but in reality it was not! Kitchen ware insufficient and very dated. Dinning room chairs 2 were broken ! Engagement with the owners very poor our requests to fix A/C and replace light bulbs not completed.

the bed sheets did not fit the bed , no spare in flat to use , it was cold first few days, only heating was a small electric heater with a broken leg . If you had heater on in bathroom and and heater in lounge area with water heater on as well having a shower it tripped circuit breaker ,. no wine glasses . no info leaflets about how to work washing machine , police, local doctors etc. if we had been four people , it was 18 meters to other end of apartment to go to toilet for our friends to use facilities.

“Lovey location”

The best

Location was perfect. The outside space was lovely. Sea view and sun rise in the morning was very nice. Showers were powerful and plenty of hot water.

To be improved

We were a group of three, and this was advertised on booking.com as two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, the third bedroom was a cupboard ! The bed was a child's bed and not suitable for an adult. The bed in that room must have been on wheels because it moved with every turn. The other beds in the apartment were metal framed, very noisy and uncomfortable. There was no TV or music system in the main lounge area, only one TV in the main bedroom. Kitchen items were very sparse, no tea towel, no bottle opener, no wine glasses, no chopping board. The dishwasher had been left full of crockery and cutlery and was dirty with only one dishwasher tablet available. The apartment is tired and could do with a bit of a revamp.

Apartment huge! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms huge common room with comfortable corner wonderful balcony overlooking the sunrise and the sea, on the opposite side of the street a grocery store and a great restaurant just take the elevator. 2 minutes walk local bakery and seaside promenade, 5 minutes walk to the entrance to Mount Barbara, and 10 minutes to Plaza Mar 2 - department store. The owner very friendly, found time to treat us to local wine, vacation, sun - everything within a few steps, what more could you want? I recommend 🌞
