Walls are dirty, floor is dirty. Bedrooms don’t have bed side tables. 4 floors of stairs up of carrying all luggage. No elevators. Then you get to the apartment and there is a spiral stair case they don’t tell you about, which the 2nd bedroom and couch bed are up. So you cannot really bring your luggage to that floor at all because the stairs are so tight. Kind bed was a queen bed. The entire house also smelled like sewage. Overall, only good thing is the location. Everything else, was not good. Price is fairly inexpensive so because of that I give it a 5.

Fantastic communication, we had an issue finding the key, but immediate response when we message which was great!!! Highly recommend this place when visiting Madrid. It is an amazing city and this is the perfect accommodation at a great price!”

“I had a fantastic stay at these apartments in Madrid! The location was unbeatable – right in the center, just a short walk from Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, and many great cafes and restaurants. It was easy to get around by metro, and everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (a big plus in Madrid's heat!). We also appreciated the little touches like coffee pods, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen. Check-in was smooth – the hosts were friendly, responsive, and gave us great local tips. It felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!”

“Extremely disappointing stay – unclean, no water, no fresh air, and no proper host support.”

The location itself was good, with easy access to nearby restaurants and public transport.

To be improved

The apartment was not properly cleaned before arrival – there were black hairs in the bathroom, the bin hadn’t been emptied, and there was concrete residue in the sink. Surfaces were visibly dirty, the bedsheets were ripped, and there was no window for fresh air. The apartment is on the ground floor with no natural ventilation, and when someone upstairs walks across the roof or turns on a light above, it disturbs the entire space and lights up the room. Most importantly, the shower had no running water at all. Despite calling and messaging the host more than 25 times, I received no support until hours later – and the issue was never resolved. I had to wash myself using a cloth and cold water from the sink. Very poor experience, especially for the €129 I paid.
