Great apartment with excellent location (Calle Fuencarral/Gran Via/Chueca)

Location, location, location. This apartment is on the 4th floor in the heart of Madrid shopping wonderland. There is either the elevator (very tight) or the stairs ( I used them each time.) Large fridge, washing machine. Clean and tidy. Had a comfortable bed. Great kitchen facilities. Air con was fantastic. Situated in the middle of a walkway in the heart of madrid , shops, cafes, restaurants, trains, buses, and supermarkets all walking distance. Felt safe walking around alone.

A dream apartment. The best location imaginable. Apartment equipped with everything. quiet Very comfortable bed. Communication with the apartment owner is excellent. In short, thank you very much for everything.

Excellent reception process - we were told which buzzer to use on the intercom outside the door to the apartment building - someone was in the apartment to buzz us in, greet us, show us around and hand over the keys. The aircon in the apartment was excellent (just as well, Madrid was scorching). Though the apartment was just off one of the busiest streets in the area (Calle Fuencarral), it was very quiet - the apartment is in the middle of the block so doesn't pick up any noise from the street. Excellent wee lift from the ground floor to the 4th floor where the apartment is located. Great bars and cafes just 5 minutes away - we drank local craft beer in La Buena Cerveza and enjoyed cheap breakfasts in Bar Sidi and Creperie La Rue.
