Apartment full of ants, since arrival.

The bed was extremely hard! So firm that my wife had to take painkillers. I am usually very adaptable with beds but this mattress gave me terrible restless sleep and a sore body also. We gave this feedback to the host but never received any response, unfortunately. So we hope the next people have a better experience.

The property was looking very 'tired', was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, there was what appeared to be a cigarette burn in the bathroom basin, the tablecloth was filthy, the washing machine (which was in a cupboard in the bedroom) smelled damp as did the mop/bucket which were also in there. The lift was unreliable & often did not work which was a big issue for us due to health issues and a 3rd floor room, the host was polite & responded but advised repair was outside of their remit. The communal areas, stairs etc were in a very poor state of cleanliness and not at all the standard I would expect.

Everything is perfect for me

cleanliness, no covers for bed, we had to ask for one and did get it until the next day.
