“The best location in all of Sevilla”

The best

The absolute best location right on Calle Sierpes, great amenities in the apartment, all new bathroom and kitchen amenities, very powerful air conditioning perfect for a Sevilla summer, great staff.

To be improved

The air conditioning was a little too powerful and too cold and the temperature control didn't seem to work. Otherwise absolutely perfect apartment and stay. Sevilla needs more swimming pools accessible for guests and tourists!!

“Exceptional”

The best

Clean. Great location. We visited in May, the street was quiet. We had a great sleep there. There’s lift in the building.

To be improved

The sofa is quite uncomfortable, but we didn’t care too much, just mentioning. Taxi can’t go in to the street, but again, we didn’t mind, but it can be useful info.

Central location and good apartment

To be improved

No parking available however in city centre this is normal. Paid about 30€ per day parking at Magdalene parking lot. Also there is no AC so in summers might be hot.

“Exceptional”

The best

Veey clean and comfortable place. We had all facilities we need it. In a close proximity to shops and restaurants. You can easily walk as well to sightseeing places.

To be improved

It is not that I did not like it. It was a bit noisy but considering the fact it is on one of the ebtrak shopping street it is normal I guess. We also had the water in the sink draining very slowly, but that did not spill our stay. It was a minor and to be fair we did not bother to call for assistance which was clearly written that it will be provided.

They have a secure building you can keep your bags after you have checked out for the day before your flight home
