Once inside, the apartment was comfortable. Clean, beds fine. Location OK near to waterfront. Alberto responded when contacted re Wifi access and lack of hot water..

To be improved

Description said "free parking on street". We couldn't find any parking nearby so we had to illegally park outside to drop off luggage. I then checked in on my own while my husband circled the blocks to find a park - 3 blocks away. There is no lift and 3 long and very narrow flights of stairs to carry all luggage. No written instructions in the apartment. Hot water did not function after the first couple of hours, consequently NO SHOWERS POSSIBLE. Alberto apparently tried to fix this but it did not last more than one hour.

Good location, very clean and everything was very easy to use.

To be improved

There is no elevator, so it can be tiring to go up and down the stairs with luggages. In the same building there were construction works at another apartment during the daytime (when anyway we were exploring the city, so no problem for us) but maybe for who wants to stay at home can be hard to manage.
