For the same price you can find accommodation right next to the sea with nice restaurants and lovely views and lots of entertainment, so we suggest that you avoid staying in this tiny run-down place in the middle of nowhere! We ended up leaving at the end of day 1, as it was unpleasant and below our expectations. The owners did not offer any money back upon us cancelling and leaving. The complex is located in a desert-like area with a giant hole in the ground next to it, looking like an abandoned construction site. There is nothing nice in a short walking distance, we have walked for over 15 mins to arrive at some dodgy shopping area. The entrance to the complex is actually not through the main gate, but all the way to the side on a small white hidden-looking door right after the garbage bins. The wooden gate to enter the patio would hardly shut and gave the impression it would fall apart. The patio itself is small with no privacy from the neighbours. The apartment was much smaller than it seemed from the pictures. It was clean, but all the appliances and fitting is quite old. On the ground floor the area was quite narrow, with a collapsible kitchen table inside. And you would have to eat inside most of the time, as there is no sun cover on the patio and the weather is hot and sunny in Maspalomas. The ensuite on the ground floor is tiny, and the water in the toilet kept running for 15 mins after the toilet was flushed. The wifi was also very slow. The place didn’t offer possibility to relax and enjoy it, it’s only a place to sleep.

The Shower drain need looking at doesn't take long before the water starts running out of the shower if your not careful.
