GREEN&FRESH Apartament

Unfortunately there is a lot of humidity in the apartment which is certainly not due to the fact that Valencia is a city near the sea…Neither the dehumidifier nor the air conditioner can dry the apartment! Furthermore, the unpleasant smell of sewage that rises from the pipes, especially at night, is quite annoying. The various air fresheners scattered throughout the apartment are unable to cover the smell of sewage. From the photos on Booking the house seems very bright, but in reality not a glimmer of light enters, given that there are no windows. Mold on the bedroom wall and cockroaches are not at all pleasant, let alone healthy

Free street Parking lots, whilst available all around the apartment, was on a first come first served basis. For a foreigner who is not used to narrow parking/squeezing to fit, it was challenging to find an available parking lot!
