“Nice spacious apartment with good access to motorway and playground”
The best

Fairly new and big apartment. Playground is very close. Motorway is close as well.

To be improved

Only minor issues. Apartment: only one cooking pan in the kitchen. No hooks anywhere to hang towels. Location: it is a partly built-up new area and it is very windy. Although you absolutely need a car (which is okay), it is very hard to find a parking spot close-by (unless you are willing to park on rocky unpaved surface)
