“Bad experience staying with property”

The property was nice at the entrance sitting area and clean.

Too many flies and mould in the room. The kitchen was very small. There were not enough spoons for 8 people, not tea pans, not enough tea mugs. Not enough utensils to use for a big family of 8 people. The bin was not a paddle one and too small. The toilet had broken floor tiles. In the booking advertisement, it was said that you will get TV with Netflix. But there was no remote for the big TV and the small TV remote didn't work. AC was not working. It was really hard to keep kids busy because there were 2 TVs but none of them was working for the room but working for the sitting area only and no remote. Really feel it was not worth what we have paid ... looking forward to the refunds.

We liked the courtyard. Good amount of towels. Water pressure was good. Location was good. Wasn’t too noisy. Neighbors were nice. Coffee machine with pods provided was nice :)

To be improved

The property had dead flies everywhere because the neighbours were decomposing fruit outside as fertilizer. Hot water ran out on a few occasions. Mould in some areas; very damp. TV had no remote. Plug sockets were hanging out of walls. Kitchen appliances were unsatisfactory which made it difficult to cook. Couldn’t use the toaster.

“A good place to stay at a low price”

We stayed in the apartment with a family of six. The biggest advantage of the facility is definitely the very low price, a lot of space and two bathrooms. The apartment has a capsule coffee machine (for Tassimo capsules, you can buy them at Mercadona), a microwave, oven, fridge. In the bathrooms there are various cosmetics in large packages that you can use, a large supply of toilet paper. The facility was clean, there were clean sheets and towels, there was no dust. The beds were comfortable, although a bit short, there were comfortable pillows and one thick duvet per bed. Two leather sofas are not really suitable for sleeping, but they were comfortable for sitting. Wifi worked flawlessly. The owner provided all the information via the chat on Booking. To sum up, it is a good place for a budget stay for 4-6 people who want to wash up quickly and sleep somewhere to go sightseeing. The facility met our expectations.

The nearest location of the facility is a bit neglected, there are a lot of buildings, ruins and streets with an intense smell of urine... You have to walk about 20-40 minutes to the beach, castle or promenade. The ceiling in the bathroom is washed from mold, but you can still see black stains and smell damp. There were intensely smelling perfume sticks scattered throughout the apartment, but you can still feel that there is a problem with ventilation. After turning on both showers, there is a strong smell of chemicals with chlorine, in the corners of the shower there are badly damaged joints. The door to the terrace is broken, but it is not worth spending time there anyway, because it is where the underwear and laundry of the neighbors living next door are dried, who have their windows open all the time, so there is no privacy. Despite everything, the extremely low price compensates for these inconveniences - we just wanted to sleep and wash not far from the center and this facility provided it.
