“Cordoba in february.”
The best

Location was great clean. Very close to the centre.

To be improved

Parking for the car was not good, underground and very small, total unstuiable for my car . Which i also damage . Not easy to find in a car. The shower / bath was not easy to use ,as it was high, and no handles, to help you clime in , pass the screen. No saftey mats in bath or on floor.

“Huge, well-equipped apartment right in the heart of Cordoba old town”
The best

This apartment is absolutely huge, and located right in the heart of Cordoba old town. There is a large sitting room/dining room, with a door leading to a small inner courtyard with patio table and chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped and the two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a reserved parking space in the basement car park, accessed with a special key.

To be improved

If you are driving to the apartment you have to negotiate a maze of very narrow and often cobbled streets, as the apartment block really is in the heart of the old town. And you need to register your vehicle with the local authority via a website, as cars are not permitted to enter the old town unless making deliveries or accessing accommodation.

“Interesting place to stay right in the middle of old city”
The best

Location was great but not easy to find even with explicit instructions.

To be improved

The wifi was very weak The tv remote didn't work Parking was very limited in space even for the small car we had. Very difficult to manoeuvre in the carpark.

“Decent apartment at a good price, but a number of pitfalls that make it not great.”
The best

The apartment is very well located right in the center of the Jewish Quarter, and it is easy to go every direction from this location. The apartment stayed cool during the hot summer days - almost too cool actually, and I had to find extra blankets. The main bed was comfortable - I didn't use the room with twin beds. It had hot water and was generally a very clean space. The furniture felt modern and in good condition. The kitchen seemed well-equipped but had no amenities such as salt, oil, etc.

To be improved

Getting the keys is a nightmare. They are 10 blocks away in a hard-to-find lockbox in a parking garage (!). If there had not been a garage worker, I'm not sure I would have found them. Then you have to drag your bags through the streets or take a taxi, which costs 14 euros and takes 15-20 minutes because of the complex street system. I think the caretakers MUST find a way to have someone meet at the apartment with the keys. The building is easy to find. Not so for the apartment. The listing says that the apartment is on the main floor, but it is not. There is no signage pointing to it, and, during my wandering, I tried to unlock a door that said #4 and was greeted by a VERY pissed-off Spanish woman who spoke no English and was furious that people looking for that apartment (confusingly also #4) were always knocking. Down, she told me. Eventually, you find steps downward -guessing that the apartment is behind an unmarked, locked iron gate at the bottom. There are no instructions in English - only cryptic photos for you to decipher. It is very dark down there at night. Past the gate, I finally found a switch across the small entryway (shared with another apartment) on the wall, but you must walk through the dark to reach it. Also there is no light on the building's entrance, and it wasn't fun standing there in the dark going through the ring of keys you are given to find the right key that will open the finicky door. With no light, on my first night I apparently accidentally dropped my black wallet on the stoop as I fished my phone out of my bag for a light, and there went $100 and two credit cards. The apartment has a bizarre floorplan with LONG hallways that separate the bedrooms, bathroom and living area. The master bedroom is about 70 steps from the couch in the living room. The bathroom is around 50 steps and also 25 steps from the master bed. Weird.

“Location is great but inside the apartment, the design is unconventional, not too friendly.”
The best

The place to pick up the keys was not even walking distance from the property. It was very far that after we reached the place in a cab, I had to take another cab to go to some parking building to get the keys from a locker

To be improved

I kept asking about the parking in the building and the instructions were not at all applicable to tourists. Online application for driving inside the area is not possible for rentals. And if you go to the post office, they also will not provide you with the required sticker because the car is a rental! The host kept giving generic answers, probably because they manage too many properties and are not familiar with these small details.
