The best

The staff was very friendly and the location superb. The rooms were cleaned every day and there's enough space to chill, have a coffee and eat in the balcony. Even though there's no fridge in the room, a big one was available in the common living room.

To be improved

It was very hot in the room and the fan wasn't enough. When we're leaving though they were installing air conditions in every room. Bad timing 😋

“Beautiful terrace for your morning breakfast or evening aperitif”

The best

The location, the room, and the place was wonderful. We enjoyed having a fridge and a microwave available that we used for keeping breakfast stuff. Having breakfast on their terrace was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

To be improved

The room walls are very thin, thankfully there weren't many guests and the ones who were there were quiet. Some things that could be improved somehow are, - providing a place where to wash the dishes or the utensils used, - provide recycling bins, at least in the common area.

“I hadn't realised there was no reception, so when I arrived at the entrance it was locked and I couldn't enter. There was a telephone number which didn't work. I tried calling another number and finally got through and into the property. All very stressful! The room was comfortable, but a little cold as heating didn't work. It was possible to get out to view the cloister and garden from above which was fantastic and you could sit out there and admire it. I would definitely return now I know how to get into the property.”
