“We had a great stay at this hotel and everything exceeded our expectations! The food was excellent – diverse, fresh, and tasty at every meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The beach is very close to the hotel, which was a big plus, and we received fresh beach towels every day. Our room was cleaned daily, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised when the reception gave us a beach umbrella that was left by previous guests – a small gesture that made a big difference! We arrived late in the evening, and the staff still offered us dinner, which we truly appreciated after a long trip. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again! · Cons: However, there were a couple of downsides. The walls are extremely thin – we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including people snoring, which was quite irritating at night. Also, although we had the half board option, you can’t even get a glass of water during dinner without having to pay extra, which felt a bit unfair. Overall, still a pleasant experience, but a few small improvements could make it even better.”

Absolutely nothing

Overcharged by £400 manager rude like stone refused to issue refund, no help at all, which I am taking further. Food disgusting, staff scared of manager not an enjoyable holiday I have complained to head office awaiting response Hotel refused to issue invoice Holiday from Hell , overall awful If you’ve booked it’s nothing like images on booking.com if you’ve booked id cancel and find somewhere else. Holiday from hell.

“Handy location and nice spot”
The best

Clean, and had needed amenities. Very close to the beach, and had all that was needed. Paid for the breakfast buffet one day - and it seemed great. Easy spot to get the airport bus to/from.

To be improved

The balcony overlooked another entertainment stage which was probably the main drawback. The evenings were pretty noisy/intrusive because of that.

The best

The hotel wasn’t too large or noisy. I had a single occupant room which was very comfortable. Excellent customer service from all staff who were very fri, welcoming and helpful.
