“Go for the beach and the breakfast”
The best

This hotel is right next to the best beach (Cala Marcal) we saw in Mallorca. And the best beach bar/restaurant! Hotel had two pools. There are hot tubs inside as well as a new gym but they weren't open yet. Breakfast was good

To be improved

Vibe at hotel was kind of flat. Pool bar was far from the pool and didn't have a good atmosphere. Wifi had hotel-wide issues that got resolved but no one had wifi for 24 hours or so Dinner was so-so

“Loved our stay”
The best

We have loved our stay. Staff has been so friendly and helpful, particularly Bolek and Sharon were great. Food was outstanding, hotel was super clean. We were very happy.

To be improved

It was clear hotel was still undergoing some final refurbishments. Just little detail like glasses in room and dish for soap in the bathroom. These were very minor things. We have loved our stay and appreciate the huge effort that went into refurbishing.

Although the parking is limited, you can easily find a spot on the street very close to the hotel. Cala Marçal beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The rooms have been recently renovated. The breakfast is varied and consists of delicious items. I chose to dine outside for dinner rather than at the hotel. There are many excellent restaurants in the area. I would definitely love to come back here again.”

“Quality buffet and close to the beach”
The best

Buffet was so good! Plenty of good quality options. Tapas, meat/fish, pasta, sometimes sushi, and desserts. The brand new gym was awesome, throw some yoga mats in there and it would be even better. Room was nice with a decent sized balcony. Yes the shower floods, seems like an on going complaint that we were already aware of. Of course they can’t fix them all immediately so we just turned it off randomly throughout the shower so it would drain properly. Not that big of a deal. Would love to come back or check out their other properties!

To be improved

It would be nice if water was provided at dinner, even if it was just tap. The al la carte restaurant wasn’t the best quality of food especially when you compare it to the buffet quality. My salad was tiny. But the staff were so amazing in the restaurant and did everything they could to make it better.
