Great apartment for families, excellent pool and location

Quiet location, short walk to pretty harbour surrounded by restaurants and shops. Had a one bed apartment which was very clean and well appointed by the pool which was also very clean with well kept lawns. All staff very pleasant especially one of the waitresses who was really bubbly and so helpful, but unfortunately did not get her name. Having been upgraded on arrival, from a studio to one bed apartment, the value was good. As it was the last week of the season there was not a lot of atmosphere but we were not concerned by this. My only criticism is that some of the evening meals were only warm rather than hot!

Hotel was immaculately clean and well maintained, staff were friendly. A great hotel in a great location for a great holiday thankyou.

The hotel is welcoming, spotless, apartments whist a bit dated are large, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool and pool areas are beautiful, pool very large, not too cold like some, and cleaned daily. However, the sunbeds were poor, very few were adjustable, some saggy, some had metal bits sticking out to catch skin and clothing on. (Shout out to the lifeguard Maria, very approachable, chatty, and helpful). The dining room whilst busy at breakfast there was always somewhere to sit. Breakfast typical hotel breakfast but had everything you could want. Food needed to be hotter was our only complaint. However, the evening dinner offering was not up to scratch at all. The evening meals let this hotel down badly. Plates were cold, food was cold. Lots of repetition of same dishes, food was bland and quality of meat very poor, it was tough, fatty and tasteless. The hotel insist you walk all the way round the hotel to enter the dining hall via reception at front of hotel. This is despite convenient steps from pool area into restaurant. These steps were chained off. This is not acceptable for elderly guests or quests with a reduced mobility. It does not put guests needs first. We would return to this hotel because of the large apartments and beautiful pool, but, only on bed and breakfast basis.
