I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Upon arrival, the reception staff were unhelpful and unable to locate our booking, initially insisting we did not have a reservation. After several frustrating exchanges, they eventually found the booking and informed us that breakfast was included. However, at checkout we were charged for breakfast, and the same staff member denied ever confirming it was included. There was no offer of goodwill or apology for the inconvenience, and the overall attitude of the staff throughout our stay was unfriendly and dismissive. Additionally, we found it unreasonable that guests are required to pay extra for basic amenities such as an iron, room safe, and other essentials. The shower temperature was inconsistent and difficult to regulate, often switching between scalding hot or freezing cold. The bedding was uncomfortable, consisting only of a thin sheet and a coarse blanket. Pool towels were only allowed to be exchanged twice per week, which felt inadequate for a hotel of this standard. The breakfast provided was mediocre at best and did not justify the price; we could have enjoyed far better quality meals at nearby establishments for the same cost. Overall, the experience left us feeling stressed rather than relaxed, and unfortunately, I would not consider returning or recommending this hotel.

When we entered the room for the first few times it smelled really bad, old and unkempt. No privacy whatsoever on the balcony. The rooms are really small, one of the beds was broken. Our room was not cleaned every day, the garbage started to overflow and our towels had not been changed more than once. I woke up to go to the bathroom and I ran into the biggest roach I had ever seen in my entire life. That was the tipping point. We had no expectations coming in after having read the reviews, but this really made us question whether the hotel deserves 4 stars.
