“Overall great place, would choose it again!”

Best location in the area. Right on the seaside. Nice, renovated rooms. The spa is great, everything is working. (unlike to other hotels, where the sauna works only on request etc.). Big selection at dinner. The staff is very nice and friendly. I have to mention chef Jonathan who made gluten-free pasta for me each dinner. The food was better on the days he was there, he is the best!

To be improved

Some part of the hotel would need renovation (like showers by the pool or mini-golf court) Breakfast is the same every day. Although the seletion is big from some sorts of products (like 10 different kind of hard cheese or ham) some diversification would be nice, for example soft chesses (mozarella, burrata, feta etc.) or salad. Gluten-free products not very good, and have to request it each time from the staff. The allergy information at dinner time is not always presented or not presented acurately. The gym could be bit bigger, and only one running machine (everyone wanted to use that), the other was not working.

“Great beach, clean facilities”

The best

Clean rooms, friendly staff and amazing beach! It was amazing to swim in de sea and enjoy around. Located in a very central area, we have eaten our dinner every night in an another restourant, all of them were in walking distance. I would definetly recommend.

The only things I liked were the view from the balcony and how close it was to the sea

There were many issues during our stay. Firstly, the food was varied, but eating the fruits and desserts was impossible because they had a strong chlorine taste. It seems that the staff washes the dishes or even the food with something containing chlorine, which made some of the products inedible. We reported this on the first day, but nothing was done about it. We really love watermelon, but it was absolutely inedible and possibly unsafe. Secondly, the price is way too high for what you get. The rooms are old and dirty, and there was no soap provided. The area around the rooms is poorly maintained and very dirty. Thirdly, there were an excessive number of mosquitoes — 30 to 40 every day — biting us even during the day. It’s unclear why the management does nothing to address this. They were getting into the apartment, possibly through the air conditioner or other gaps. Fourthly, there was a terrible sewage smell throughout the property, which made our stay quite unpleasant.
