Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa

Excellent holiday at this 5 star hotel, where every effort was made by all staff to make our stay the best possible experience. From the beautiful suite we stayed in, to the dining room, bars, spa and lobby areas this hotel is immaculately clean with well maintained planted areas and lovely pool. Access to the beach with its wide expanse of white sand is very simple and the bistro has views directly to the sea. But what makes this hotel so special is the staff. Every member we encountered was kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I find travelling abroad challenging due to a medical condition / multiple food intolerances, but it was no problem here! The chefs prepared my food separately and despite the limited ingredients which I am able to tolerate every meal was tasty and beautifully presented. I was made to feel very welcome, safe and confident in the restaurant. A special mention to Diego and the chefs, Jimmy, Danny, our server Anka and Laura and Paola on reception. And thanks to ALL the staff we could not name, they are like a big, happy family. We will most definitely try to return to this hotel!

A truly wonderful hotel worth far more than the 5* rating. Wonderful staff, food and rooms. The location is lovely and plenty of walks in the surrounding area. I can’t wait to go again !

The outstanding thing about this hotel is its very high standards of service at all levels. Principally it is characterised by a friendly but nonetheless very professional level of service. Of particular note is the Bar Staff who can certainly fix some very good cocktails! Even though the restaurant is predominantly buffet style its daily a la carte choices are excellent. The pools are excellent and there always seemed room to find a sunbed. My wife and I spent two weeks of very pleasant relaxation.

Our third visit to the hotel, location next to a nature reserve was a factor in deciding. All aspects of the hotel were exceptional food, comfort, atmosphere and cleanliness were of a very high standard and all the staff were helpful and courteous. We cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.

Spent a week at this hotel. Everything was good. All staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, from check in to room cleaning. Entertainment on each night which was different each day. Everywhere always clean and tidy, rooms, pool area hotel etc. nothing bad at all to say about our stay. Will definitely return.

Hard to write a review that does not sound like a PR handout. But this really is a very good hotel and has been so for the 15 years that we have repeatedly used it. Guest focused without being intrusive. Feels like a small boutique hotel but with 5 star facilities. Retains key staff long-term and guests too! And for good reason. Commnets are picked up and acted on quuickly. Amazing variety of good food, imaginatively presented. Staff notice small points and cheerfully solve problems unprompted. You can't buy that at any price.
