It was dirty and unsuitable for young children with the shear disregard to suitable beds and doors for safety the floor was unsafe and the pool area was over crowed and floor got to hot and no proper safety guards around

We received a room with dirty floor. Also we told in the reception but the next day nobody come... At least 3th day come to clean the room and then she is coming all days until check out. This was plus. Big bugs in the room! There is mold in the shower, the tile joints are dirty. The knob on the toilet bowl was moving,... The surroundings of the hotel where the corridors are... is dirty, messy, it stinks... There are warnings everywhere about reserving sunbeds with towels, but no one does anything about it. We didn't use the pool because we didn't like it. The food is monotonous, breakfast is the same, dinner is almost the same, only one/two dish are different. There is a little choice of fruit, desserts are the same... But the restaurant employees are trying hard. Parking 7€/day We come from another 4* hotel, which one was even cheaper than this and where everything was different. But this hotel is not worth 4*

The bed not very comfortable, small toilet

Having to wear a wristband, why?? Shower not great, supermarket shut too early

Family’s putting towels down first thing in the morning,then not coming back for a while, even though we are issued with a note at check in stating that sun beds can’t be reserved, but none of the staff enforced this matter
